We often find ourselves preoccupied with the allure of what the world has to offer. The world is always speaking to us telling us how great it values are. The world tells us that it is OK to be self centered. Or a little immorality is acceptable after all everyone else is doing same thing. It says that wealth and power are attained by those who take advantage of others. And it suggests that it is all right to be full pride, to think that you are more deserving and better than others.
